He is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a Specialist Fellow of the IIRSM. John published his first book last year and has spoken at both the I.Chem.E. and CIPD conferences on organisational culture and corporate risk. He is regularly called on by the House of Commons to deliver his training to their staff.
