The digital revolution: the internet and connected devices – is arguably the most disruptive technological shift in human history which has greatly impacted human behaviours, particularly the way we interact in the workplace with clients and colleagues.
Digital Health: Living & Working in the Digital Age is a wellness training course designed to produce “digital Health” whilst managing our many varied digital interactions throughout the work day.
Learn up-to-date approaches in processing your digital life online, in email, social media, and other digital tools which lead to a more happier, productive work and social life in this digital age.
- Participants will have completed a digital audit and will understand how many hours they spend on digital devices, where and to what purpose each week.
- Participants will have an increased knowledge of the broader emerging digital economic picture and how this will affect socially and professionally in the coming years.
- Participants will have a greater understanding of their poise and digital presence online and will have considered which digital assets they are building, both consciously and subconsciously.
This half day digital wellness training course will include a mixture of partner led, small focused group and whole group work, led by the trainer and looks to provide a healthy approach to the digital age while maintaining the core values of what it means to be healthy and “human”.
Digital Health is an afternoon course which directly follows “Managing Difficult Conversations” in the morning as part of a back to back Communications and Health and Wellness training offering from the Chamber of Commerce.
