The primary focus of this particular HR Forum is “absenteeism” whereby we will gain strategies for managing this HR challenge in an effective, professional, and legal manner.
Michele Piertney from ACAS will be on-hand to discuss best practice, the Fit For Work Scheme, and the importance of Return to Work Interviews of the absenteeism issue. We will also feature Thomas Wood from Forbes Solicitors, and Dr. Sharon Xuereb of Zenith CTC to speak to the legal and practical best-practice methods for handling the subject of absenteeism. We will have a Q & A panel at the end of the speaking sessions for interaction with other HR professionals and Managers.
This forum and network is always open to HR professionals, business owners, managers or anyone with a responsibility for any aspect of HR in your business.
