Update on the Windsor Framework – New Parcel Arrangements

The Windsor Framework is introducing updated procedures for moving goods between Great Britain and Northern Ireland via parcels and freight.

These new arrangements are set to take effect from 1 May 2025, subject to relevant procedures.
