Events Terms & Conditions

  • All paid for events must be booked and paid for in advance, upon you receiving confirmation and/or the invoice. 
  • Failing to attend an event does not entitle the member/individual to a refund.
  • All events have a £2+VAT commitment/administration fee (Excludes Get Seen & Get Heard)
    • Commitment/Admin Fees are non refundable
  • Paid for events will have the administration fee included in the cost.
  • Refunds can only be accepted if cancellation is made more than 14 days in advance of an event.
    • ‘Get Active’ Events must be cancelled a minimum 28 days prior to the event. 
  • For non-chargeable events a no-show fee may be payable for non-attendance.
  • The Chamber will notify members of the number of tickets entitled to them within their membership package for each particular event. The Chamber reserves the right to amend this entitlement at any time.
  • All delegates will have a badge produced and may also appear on a delegate list/table plan available at the event (name and organisation only.)
  • Photographs taken at the event may be used for publicity purposes.
