The Lancashire Urban Development Fund is a £20 million fund, fully dedicated to the development of industrial workspace in Lancashire. £6 million of the fund has been allocated to projects across the region, with a remaining £14 million that must be committed by December 2023. Eligible developers must apply by 1st November 2023.

The fund is designed to:

Enable new industrial developments and unlock stalled projects in Lancashire
Enhance the growth of small-to-medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in high growth sectors, such as aerospace, engineering, automotive, creative and environmental
Rebuild the local economy, create jobs and drive sustainable growth post COVID-19

Lancashire is one of the largest economies in the North West, with over 52,000 businesses generating over £32 billion per year. Known for being a well-connected location with a diverse base of businesses with strengths in manufacturing, Lancashire also has the greatest concentration of aerospace production in the UK.

Time is running out to secure your share of the remaining £14 million fund, apply today or risk losing out on the funding for good.
