Points Based Immigration System – support for business

The UK government has published an updated introductory guide and explanatory animations to help employers understand the new points-based immigration system (PBS).
From 1 January 2021, businesses who want to recruit skilled workers from outside the UK must be a Home Office licensed sponsor.
