BITC, in partnership with the Environment Agency, are holding some more focus groups with small businesses to test user experience of some resources they have created about Property Flood Resilience.
As well as testing the materials already produced, the research process will also be used to gather insights and impacts around small businesses’ experience of COVID-19, the impacts on their attitudes to resilience more generally, and how this may link to their perception of property flood resilience specifically.
The sessions will be an hour long, held on Zoom with around 12 businesses in attendance for each. BITC have asked if we can contact some businesses to see if they would be interested in taking part. Below are 2 dates they are running the focus groups. If you or any of your businesses can attend, please register for your preferred date and an email with log in details will be sent to you.
For any further information, please get in touch at Tania.Alim@bitc.org.uk
