Join us this June for ‘Women Mean Business’, in partnership with Code Galaxy.
This event is specifically aimed at female business leaders within Lancashire, to grow their network, encourage collaboration, and to be inspired.
The first speakers to be announced are Small Business Commissioner, Liz Barclay, and The Telegraph’s Lucy Aspden.
Liz Barclay became the first female Small Business Commissioner. She is the former CEO of Citizens Advice, and remains a small business and consumer affairs broadcaster, producer and writer. Liz has worked with boards and small businesses on improving governance, trust and culture, inclusion, and understanding customer behaviour.
Lucy is The Telegraph’s Travel Commissioning Editor, who has recently returned from hiking up the Lobuche East Peak and visiting Mount Everest’s base camp. Lucy is a UCLan masters graduate and has written pieces for ‘Female First’ and is The Telegraphs Ski and Snow expert.
Additional speakers will be announced shortly – secure your place today, and join us for a traditional British afternoon tea, with some outstanding guest speakers.
