John Huckstepp will cover how to ensure your team are working in the best interests of your business.  How to make performance discussions work for you and the employee.  Why performance appraisals fail and what the latest research tells us about how to get the most out of your staff.

Michele Piertney will discuss overcoming resistance to the process and flag up discrimination, the possibility of grievances with thoughts/activity toward what motivates  staff and best-practice approaches to performance reviews, employees and Line Managers.

We are delighted to partner with the beautiful Park Hall Hotel in Charnock Richard who will provide us with a light breakfast and refreshments and a lovely room for networking opportunities before and after the presentations.
