HR FORUM and NETWORK: Employee Engagement

This is a great opportunity to remain up to date on the latest developments in the issues facing Human Resource departments while connecting with other Managers, Business Owners, and HR Professionals with similar responsibilities and challenges.

This Forum will also provide valuable information about the ever-changing HR legislation and policies of best practice and what that means to you in practical terms.

The primary focus of this particular HR Forum is “employee engagement” whereby we will gain strategies for meeting this HR challenge in an effective, professional, and legal manner.

Michele Piertney from ACAS will be on-hand to discuss best practice. We will also feature Dr. Alan Slater of Pathfinder Associates and Dr. Sharon Xuereb of Zenith CTC to speak to the practical best-practice methods for facilitating an engaging work environment and staff.

We will have a Q and A panel at the end of the speaking sessions along with one-to-ones for interaction with other HR professionals and Managers.

This forum and network is always open to HR professionals, business owners, managers or anyone with a responsibility for any aspect of HR in your business. We will provide a lighter breakfast and refreshments and there will be networking opportunities before and after the presentations.
