Family businesses and academics from across Lancashire attended an annual conference in Lancaster.

Booths supermarket chief executive Edwin Booth spoke about the businesses commitment to economic and social governance and the issues surrounding climate change and skills.

Academics from Lancaster University addressed what it takes for family businesses to survive and how the pandemic had an effect on organisations.

The Chamber attended the event at Lancaster University and is keen to hear from family-based firms in order to represent them with any policy issues they may have.
