New Martyn’s Law Myth Buster Available

The Home Office has published a new Martyn’s Law Myth Buster to help organisations understand the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025.

The resource addresses common misconceptions, clarifies what the Act requires, and reinforces that compliance will not be immediate – there is an implementation period of at least 24 months following Royal Assent.
