Accommodating the economically inactive

Call for case studies from members.

We have been been continuing our engagement with key UK government stakeholders on the issues of Labour Market Participation.

As part of this, the Department for Work and Pensions is looking for examples of employers who have supported and accommodated over 50s in their workforce. These can include changes in work practice, shift patterns or recruitment techniques.
