April 5, 2019 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am
This morning wellness training session is free to all delegates – both member and non-member businesses as it is our third installment of “Free First Fridays: Training Taster” sessions from the Chamber Training Centre.
Digital Health: Living & Working in the Digital Age is designed to produce “digital Health” whilst managing our many varied digital interactions through providing delegates with modern approaches to leading happy, productive work and social lives in the digital age.
As this is a 1 hour wellness training taster session, it will provide a condensed version of the half-day 3 hour session which follows later in the year. This free session will contain many of the elements (not all) of the following curriculum:
- Participants will have completed a digital audit and will understand how many hours they spend on digital devices, where and to what purpose each week.
- Participants will have an increased knowledge of the broader emerging digital economic picture and how this will affect socially and professionally in the coming years.
- Participants will have a greater understanding of their poise and digital presence online and will have considered which digital assets they are building, both consciously and subconsciously.
This half day course will include a mixture of partner led, small focused group and whole group work, led by the trainer.
