Course Duration & Format

This is an instructor led, one day (5 hours) session which will be delivered face to face at the Chamber Meeting Spaces

Prerequisites

No prior knowledge.
A pen and notebook are required, all sessions will be e-mailed within 24hours.

About the Trainer

Alistaire Jama MBA, has held a series of senior posts in the cooperate business world over the last 25 years. These include Sales Director 118118 and Commercial Director at the Guardian Media Group.
He is currently the Managing Director of Sellology Sales Training Ltd and Alistaire Jama Leadership and Management Training Ltd.
Alistaire’s inside knowledge of SME operations has led to many successful training assignments, focusing on management development, transactional and strategic leadership.
He believes first and foremost a structured approach with empathy to leadership provides the most consistent results. People behave how they are led and if they are behaving badly this will be reflected in customer relationships.
Being consistent, kind and supportive, whilst remaining challenging and objective are the fundamental keys to management and leadership success, and this has to be underpinned with a rationale - proven management models and methodologies - to support decision making.
