Janet Thornton, Founder, ex CEO of the hugely successful Inspired Energy Plc is back in business after taking a step back almost 2 years ago and having developed a real passion for Golf. 

Never one to stand still, Janet has developed OMNIA Media Group Ltd., which has recently published ONPAR – a brand new, luxury golf lifestyle magazine, which is a unique and specialised media platform that will promote and drive business through print, digital distribution and social media.  To be launched on Friday 12th July at Olive Tree Brasserie.

Following an enjoyable and very well-deserved break from business, the award winning, female entrepreneur declares “I’m not ready to retire, I have the drive and passion to get back into business and a desire to do something completely different”. With a love for Golf, her remit was to encourage others to learn to play the game and give it a go. While she admits it’s a skilful game and can be very challenging, it’s a game you can play at your own pace and ability.  She can’t stress enough the huge health and wellbeing benefits of being outdoors and taking physical exercise. Janet also believes golf is a very sociable game that connects people and people connect business. She says jokingly “a lot of the biggest and best business deals have been agreed over a game of golf”.
