Lancashire-based language service provider, Language Insight, has had an extremely successful 12 months, firmly establishing a new HQ in Lancashire, opening an office in New York and receiving the internationally-recognised ISO 27001 accreditation for their information security management systems. Plans to continue this success are well underway, starting with a new website launch.
Over the last few years, the demand has increased for Language Insight’s various language services as the company has made its name as one of the leading language service providers both in the UK and around the world. A growing portfolio of global clients prompted the move to larger headquarters in Kirkham, Lancashire, as well as the opening of a new office in New York to better serve US clients. This move and expansion has created many new jobs for those wishing to begin and grow a career in the language services industry in the north west of England.

Providing language services in a wide variety of sectors, Language Insight’s specialties include healthcare and pharmaceutical, manufacturing, finance, insurance, legal and market research. Some of their clients include the Military Police and the Rand Corporation, who handle translations for the EU, as well as industry-leaders in other areas.
As the company approaches its 10th birthday next year, there are big plans to continue this successful growth within the language services sector. A new office in China is being considered, which will enable Language Insight to offer language services in all major time zones and to reassure clients that Language Insight’s project management and quality assurance services are available around the clock.
The first step in this continued development is the launch of a new website and company re-brand. As a key asset to Language Insight’s high-quality services during this expansion into new sectors and territories, the new website has evolved from a desire to improve the user experience for all current and potential clients.
