Experienced IT and WiFi specialist, Infinium, has furthered its success in 2019 after attracting a significant new client and securing extended agreements with two current clients.
The duo of extended agreements come from Waterside Holiday Group, Infinium’s longest standing client of over 15 years and The Camping and Caravanning Club (CCC), along with the addition of new client, The Wise Group.
Made up of three holiday parks in Dorset, the Waterside Holiday Group have worked with Infinium to install a new ‘direct to accommodation WiFi’ solution at their Osmington site.
Following a thorough assessment of their requirements and reviewing their previous ‘through the window WiFi solution’, it was concluded that as technology had moved on, the previous solution failed to offer the sleek functionality required to enable flawless app streaming, gaming, heating control and device usage expected by today’s guests.
The new ‘direct to accommodation WiFi’ system, launched in March, will better cater for the expected connectivity requirements of guests to give them a real home-from-home WiFi experience. Infinium has seen other client’s customer ratings and repeat booking rates improve after the implementation of this technology.
Over the last 10 years, Infinium have provided The Camping and Caravanning Club (CCC) with WiFi solutions at a number of their sites around the UK. CCC have recently committed to providing free site-wide WiFi with easier member access across the majority of their sites.
Infinium was asked to install WiFi with easier connectivity in order to improve user experience and expand site coverage where feasible. Infinium will complete these installations by Easter this year, ensuring the new offering is in place for when the busy period of the caravanning season begins.
With the expansion of two loyal clients, comes the introduction of a brand-new client, The Wise Group, a leading local enterprise transforming people’s lives across Scotland and North East England.
Following their own internal review of IT, Infinium were asked to look specifically at network, cloud and server provision for The Wise Group and come up with their recommendations and advice.
Impressed with the IT solutions they advocated, The Wise Group awarded Infinium a three-year service contract to handle their IT services across Scotland and North East England. Infinium will provide IT support, connectivity, WAN & LAN technologies, services management, cloud backups, security and hardware provision, seven days a week.
