AYOM Collections are delighted to announce our short listing for customer service excellence in this years’ Wealth & Finance International awards.
Entering its 4th year, the finance Awards are again analysing the cream of UK business for a number of categories. As part of that event, AYOM now finds ourselves nominated in the financial services branch of the awards.
Managing Direct Rob Logan said of the nomination “it’s an honour to be included. Of course we will be doing all we can to convince the panel we are the business to select when looking for the overall winner.”
“Our team is small but highly capable. When it comes to customer service we are continuously striving to provide the best we can offer. It is only with an asserted team effort and great working environment that we can enjoy nominations like this”.
With debt recovery being a delicate balance of when to be stern and when to be sympathetic, customer service on both sides is important. Debtors need to be effectively dealt with, without adversely affecting their relationship with the creditor.
We look forward to continuing our customer service development over the coming months. We always welcome feedback from customers regarding areas to improve. We also look forward to working alongside any chamber members who would like to speak to us, having recently joined last month.
