Chamber on Court - Padel Networking
Swap the boardroom for the court and join us for Chamber on Court - a fresh, informal way to meet fellow local business contacts while trying one of the UK’s fastest-growing sports.
Designed for Chamber members, local professionals and business owners of all abilities, this relaxed taster session combines friendly networking with an introduction to padel. No experience is needed - just bring your trainers, your business cards and a willingness to get involved.
You’ll have the chance to build new connections, enjoy light-hearted games, learn the basics from experienced coaches and continue conversations off court in a welcoming, no-pressure environment. Whether you’re completely new to padel or already hooked, this is a great opportunity to connect differently, get active and strengthen local business relationships.
The tournament will be hosted in an Americano-style format, meaning everyone will play with and against each other throughout the afternoon. It’s fast-paced, social, and the perfect way to meet fellow players while enjoying competitive padel in a relaxed, inclusive setting.
As well as being a great way to network, the activity supports health and wellbeing by encouraging movement, friendly competition and time away from the usual working environment.
The format will be a fun and informal introduction to padel, combined with valuable networking opportunities. Businesses are invited to enter pairs, with companies welcome to enter multiple pairs, at a cost of £40 per pair for members. During registration, participants will simply indicate whether they are beginners, intermediate players or experienced players, allowing suitable matches to be organised so everyone can enjoy the experience.
Refreshments and food will also be available to purchase from the café and bar throughout the event.
Spaces are limited, so book your place and get ready to rally, connect and grow your network.
