This HSE approved qualification came into effect on 1st October 2009, along with new guidance on assessing the needs of First Aid in your workplace. The course price includes
the training together with a First Aid Certificate, valid for 3 years, first aid manual, all course materials and handouts and post course support. The course is fun and interactive whilst still getting the message across to delegates, and covers first aid legalities, responsibilities and reporting, basic hygiene in first aid, dealing with an unresponsive casualty, minor injuries, shock, angina, resuscitation, heart attacks, choking, control of bleeding, seizures and assessment of the situation.
